Without making a BLOG about it, here is my breakfast today.
Soak buckwheat groats for 30-mins (in filtered water).
Add enough water to cover.
Cook to the boil .
Add frozen blueberries.
When water has evaporated down enough, add organic plant milk and cinnamon.
Pour into bowl and add walnut butter.
Top with dried pineapple cubes - Good Foods Coop
YUM - and healthy!
