My Current "Regimen":

If you're like me, you don't want to spend an hour a day going thru your skin care routine.  I want results, but it has to be quick.  Here is what I've been doing on a pretty regular schedule:

In the shower, I will cleanse with my cleanser.  Every other day I will exfoliate with the Foaming Scrub.  Some days I cleanse first and exfoliate after, other days I may skip the cleanser and just use the foaming scrub. 

When I get out of the shower, while my skin is still damp, I will put on either the Activating Liposome Complex or the YOUTH Serum ... recently I have been blending them together and applying them BOTH!  (I'm trying to reverse the Summer's sun damage.)

I will let the serums settle in for a minute or so, but before they dry completely, I will seal in all those wonderful ingredients with my SPF 30.  I typically don't use the moisturizer in the beginning of my day, but might put some on between the serums and SPF if I feel more dry.  For my skin, I have found the SPF 30 is enough hydration for the summer months.  That may change come winter.


Before bed (pre-sleep when your skin rejuvenates itself the most), I may cleanse, or I might just take a warm washcloth and wipe off the day's residue before putting on my serums, and then the moisturizer.

And that's it!  VERY QUICK.

And I know I am doing the very best for my skin on a daily basis.

Of course, as we all might do, I occasionally slip up and get off course, but the mirror tells me when I need to pay more attention to my skin and I get back to this routine. 

It feels really great to take good care of my skin!
