UPDATE : AS OF OCTOBER 14, 2016 I AM NO LONGER AFFILIATED WITH SPA FINDER OR ANY OF IT'S COMPANIES, SUCH AS SPA WISH, SPA WELLNESS, ETC.
AFTER HAVING BEEN THE FIRST LEXINGTON, KY SPA FINDER "BUSINESS PARTNER" (OVER A DECADE AGO ~ 2003!), I HAVE REVIEWED THEIR CURRENT BUSINESS PRACTICES AND I NO LONGER WISH TO BE AFFILIATED WITH THEM.
If you'd like to know more (and I doubt you would) ... when you pay a company $120 per year to be featured on their site, and then check to see if you are, but you AREN'T ... then you ask the company "WHY NOT?" and they give you a BS answer that "In order to be featured in the "Services and Classes" section, you must pay $750 per year to be an "Enhanced" partner"! And THEN, you see that all along there has been a FREE option that NO ONE, not even this mystical "account manager" you are supposed to have has told you about ... AND they seem to have no trouble featuring spas in the area that don't even accept their gift certificates ... and additionally you pay 17% for EVERY GC REDEEMED (which means if you present me with a $100 GC and have received $100 worth of service, I only get paid $83! PLUS, I'M PAYING FOR A WEB PRESENCE THAT I WAS FORCED INTO PAYING FOR AND STILL AM NOT FEATURED ON THE SITE EVEN THOUGH I WAS THEIR FIRST CUSTOMER IN LEX, KY??? Nope, I'm DONE.
